I haven't been on the Sims 3 for awhile, but I have used the Exchange before to get many of my items that I use when I play. Now, when I click "download" to get an item, the item never downloads to my Sims 3 Game Launcher. Do you know why it's doing this? Please help!

Are you guys using save file or add to game ? What browser are you using. Does nothing happen or do you get an error message ?
