I brought the Sims 3 Supernatural from the origin store as a pc download and I have not seen the game in the origin client yet. It has been 24 hours. I have refreshed the origin client, logged in and out, and uninstalled and re-installed the client. Nothing has worked. How do I get my game?

What country are you in ?
If it has been released for your country, I would contact Customer support
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
