Steam vs. Sims 3 - Basic game lost

Dear all,

I'm really about to flip out.... I was looking for Supernatural on the Steam Platform, but today (after a very hard week on work) I found out that Steam + EA have some trouble and that I am the lucky one who can transfer all games from Steam to Origin... okay no problem with that I have a new add on to look for.... So okay, I went to the "my Games" page on origin... Star Wars there... nearly all add ons there... but what's that? The basic game is missing... Okay, no problem, looked for the Steam Game Code, putting it down on the Origin Homepage... "This Game Code is Invalid" What the .... ???

Could someone please help me? It worked all the time and now I get this message? Why???

They should add it manually to your account if you provide them with your code.
