Status of persona

So keep trying to log in to my sims 3 account and it says due to the statues of my persona it can't loud. its been that way for 2 days. i don't know what to due. i've only downloaded for exchange- what did i do?

4. Describe your issue with a few words

9. Click Find solution
10. Scroll down and click I still need help
