Sims3Launcher.exe

I installed the Sims 3 and clicked on the shortcut, and it said "Windows is searching for Sims3Launcher.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse." I have no idea where on my computer it would be... and the program can't seem to find it... why can't it find the launcher? What do I do?

You should find it here:

programs\electronicarts\thesims3\game\bin

or

programs(x86)\electronicarts\thesims3\game\bin for 64 bit windows systems.

it says... unable to start. please reinstall game base. and i dont have it anymore it got stolen.
