I haven't been playing the sims 3 for a while but i finally got the time to play the sims 3 yesterday. I went on the website to see if the sims point bonuses are working again which it didn't. The EA emailed me and told me to unsubscribe my email but i don't know how. i wish they fully showed me how like a video or something. It's been a week since i got the sims points to start working. Plus i live in the united states so i should get simspoints rather than just buy a gift card for the points.

You might want to check that thread out, and click the "Me Too" button on the original (1st) post. A really helpful ea community manager, @EA_Mai has been helping all of us with this issue and is posting updates about the broken bonus simpoint Ads
If you still want to unsubscribe from the ea email:
Go into your profile and there you can unsubscribe. Here is how to do it:
Go to: http://profile.ea.com and login. Then scroll down to and click on email preferences. Be sure that box is Unchecked and then click the update button - that should unsubscribe you from ea's emails
