I have brought the sims 3 on Ebay and I am trying to install it on my computer however it won't work. I can't redeem the product code on origin because they previous owner must have used it. How can I get the game to work? I haven't got a clue! Thanks.

If the code has already been used, you cannot use it again. I would advise asking for a refund and buying something else.
