@AD1677 Are you playing on a mac? (This is a common mac issue.) If so, try running the Super Patch (digital download version) to patch the game to 1.67. For some reason, your launcher doesn't list a patch level at all, which is strange, but hopefully, patching manually will fix that. (If you have a Windows system and have either an Origin or Steam install, don't try to patch.)

If this doesn't fix the problem, it might be a good idea to do a clean uninstall, reinstall only the base game, and then run the Super Patch. If the game launches and loads a new world, you can then install your packs.

If this doesn't help either, please either provide your computer's specs, or run a dxdiag (Windows only) and attach the results to a post using the "browse" button. Please also list the packs you've installed or would like to install.
