i just bought my sims 3 starterpack yesterday from walmart and i went to install it and the base game, sims 3, origin says the product code is wrong when i copied it exactly from the manual. its a new game so i know it hasnt been used, ive been trying for almost 2 hours to get it to work and it wont. im really upset i spent almost $40.00 and it wont even work. PLEASE HELP.

The code should be on a white sheet of paper.
If you don't have that, return it to where you bought it.

I have the code on the white pieces of paper but were I had used it before now you guys wont let me use my code again. I'm having a lot of issue looking to get the code. This is crazy because I cant use my code I have to play my game and I'm getting really stress out trying to find a new code and your help thingy its helping me none by getting the code. I don't have profe that I bought the games because they was a gift few years back for my b day. My lappy I had before broke so I had to wait to save money to get a new one and now I made a new account also tried to put the code in its not taking it bc it says this code been used. So I need the code for the game to work but I have no clue were to get the new code so I can play my games. Is their any way you guys can help me get the code so I can play my games. I'm not buying the game again whenever I have them. I just need the code and ill be fine and good to go.Can someone plz help me with that.

you can't use the codes on a new account they are tied to your original account

IF you registered your games at the time you used them You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download with the email and password you use for your account my games tab right click the game icon download If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser

also please take note of the new layout in Origin
and if your waiting to connect to support and it says X amount of wait time but doesn't connect try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
