I purchased one simpoint bundle for $40 but have been charged 8 times. My billing history only shows one charge but my mobile banking shows 8 charges. I need this fixed please or need to be directed to somewhere this can be fixed.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
