Sims 3 ran out of memory despite 8gb of ram

Its been along time since my last problem since then I bought a new computer which
is way better than the old.

Here are my specs :
OS: windows 7 home premium 
Graphic Card: nvidia geforce GT 630
processor : 64bit Intel i7-3770 3.40GHZ
ram : 8gb
Motherboard : Intel motherboard

I used crash log analyzer to find out what's causing the crash

all drivers are up to date 

also tried large address aware
and DEP Its weird it doesn't working smooth in-game too
in other games too despite the good specs.
even in gta IV i cant play with the higest graphics.

CLA is just an indication. What is says is not set in stone. It rather works by elimination than anything else (often tells you it's cc just cause you have some installed).

• At what point does your game crash ? Any regularities ?
• How long can you usually play ?
• Which EP/SPs do you have installed ?
• Are you using custom content and mods in your game ?

Do you happen to have a switchable graphic card in your computer ? A chip and a card ?
