@SettaWolf It sounds like the Pets EP isn't loading properly. Even if you have it checked in the launcher, perhaps the game doesn't recognize your choice. Try restarting your computer and then unchecking and rechecking the box a couple of times.
If that doesn't help, of if Pets isn't listed in the launcher, the next thing to do is clear Origin's cache. If that doesn't work either, you can uninstall Origin (the hard way) and reinstall it; this wouldn't affect your installed games.

If you still can't get Pets to appear, it's possible that the code tied to your pack has been deactivated. This could be a mistake, but if you bought Pets through an unauthorized third-party seller, you might have received a bad code. For over a year now, EA has been systematically deactivating codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, even though the players usually had no idea that there was anything wrong with their purchase.
The only way to find out if this has happened to you, and to fix a mistake, is to contact EA customer support and have someone on that end look at your account. No one here can access that information, much less change it. If you did buy the EP through a legitimate seller, it would be helpful to have any proof of purchase or ownership (receipt; photos of case, disc, insert; etc.) on hand for the chat.
