After hours of downloading Sims 3 base game onto my laptop through origin it loads the launcher but when I press play button it displays a window saying 'the license limit for this product has been reached' ???
I have previously installed Sims 3 and some expansions on this laptop before but everything was uninstalled a while ago.
HELP!?

You can only download the game so many times until you reach the license limit.
You need to talk to customer support so they can lift the limit for you.
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I know i have this problem too and THEY DONT HAVE A SIMS 3 CATAGORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP PPLEASE

Sims 3 would be the game, not the category.
