Sims 3 into the future won't work

I bought Into the future a few months ago from bidorbuy, and it worked fine and now when I wanted to play again into the future was missing so I checked my origin game library and it was there but there was a download button next to it so I tried downloading it but it doesn't do anything when I click on download. I uninstalled all my sims 3 and origin and reinstalled everything but it didn't help what can I do please help.

@Danielle4398  Normally, the first thing to try is to clear Origin's cache.  A simple uninstall wouldn't remove these files.  The next step would be to uninstall and reinstall Origin itself ("the hard way"), which wouldn't affect your TS3 install.

But if these steps don't help, there's probably an issue with your Into the Future game code.  You bought from an unauthorized third-party seller, so you could easily have received a bad code.  EA often deactivates codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained (sometimes months later), even though the players usually have no idea there was anything wrong with their purchases.

The only way to find out if that's what happened to you is to contact EA customer support and ask someone on that end to look at your account.

@Danielle4398  I don't know if you were able to download Into the Future, but you may have been affected by an Origin download issue that has now been fixed.  If you still can't download ITF, please clear Origin's cache and try again.
