Sims 3 expansions missing

The expansion pack is present but when I hit download it shows me hitting the button then nothing, no reaction, nothing

@woogie16  Is the expansion pack in Origin? What is the version of your game - lower left in the corner? Is you computer a pc or mac?

Hey. I’m having the same problem. On origin it says installed but on my sim game launcher it’s not appearing
