Sims 3 Used Code

I brought this game about a year ago and downloaded it on my old computer which broke down. So I got a new computer and wanted my Sims 3 game back. When I tried installing the game, the code was already used. Is there any way to redeem my used code so I can play my game?

First use your account on where you registered the game when you are logged in it go to "my games " section of Origin and press your game icon and press download when it finishes install it update it and you are all set to go if you have any problems or can not access your old account on where you registered the game then
