Sims 3 University

I own the Sims 3 University life, Brought it on sale a few years ago... It says I own it on my Origin AND Sims 3 Account... but it won't download. When I click download, it comes up in the download manager and after a second says it's complete... But It wont show in my game library, launcher, or in game... I was wondering if theres anything I can try... I have enough room and the right specs on my gaming laptop...

@waterratcliffe  Where did you buy UNI? If your computer is a pc. does UNI showed as installed in the control panel - programs and features?
