Sims 3 University Pre-order...can't download? Help? [ Edited ]

I just bought the Pre-order of University, and I can't seem to get it to work...I can't find a product code or serial number and all I have is the receipt number. I was wondering if this is a problem, or maybe I can't access it until the release date? I can't really find any information on this, and I'm really confused...

Oh and the receipt number is in my store purchase history, but it doesn't match the number I received on my e-mail,  if that helps any...

Don't worry, this is only because game is not released yet. You will be able to play once it is released. Wait till then to enjoy it.
