Sims 3 Starter pack

I've just bought The Sims 3 Starter pack, brand new from Ebay.. When trying to install the game i can only find one 16 digit code & its for bonus content?..I cant find any other game code to install the game.. There is The sims 3 code which is only 10 numbers, same as Nightlife & High-end loft stuff... Am i missing something?

There should be a piece of paper with 3 20 digit codes.

If that is missing, they you'll need to contact the seller on Ebay.

Was the game sealed ?
