Are you using Origin to download ? Are you sure it's completely updated ?
You could also try to clear the caches on the browser you usually use. That sometimes helps with that too.
Otherwise, best thing is to try later, maybe it's a connection issue. If all fails, I would suggest to contact Customer Support directly.
