Sims 3 - Not Downloaded?

I just purchased two Sims 3 expansions (University Life and Pets) through my new orgins account however when I go to download them it says that my Sims 3 game is not downloaded to my harddrive (which is the only selectable system to download to...).

I have a macbook pro and got SIms 3 about 2 weeks ago and it's been playing fine and saving my game....so I have no idea what it means.

The same thing is happening to me! Everything was working fine and now it said i had to get the sims 3 first, which i obviously already got. What to do?

did you figure it out? im on pc not mac but im havign the same issue and its driving me nuts
