Sims 3 Launcher won't open and the game will not work.

So first of all, when I installed my sims game again, everything was fine until I clicked on the icon to run my game. When I clicked on it, after a while, a troubleshooting message came up on my screen saying "Sims3Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience."I tried looking it up but found nothing that would actually work.

I then tried deleting origin but it didnt make a difference. So then I decided to try and run my game by going into electronic arts folder and clicking 'TS3.exe'. When I clicked that, it opened but stayed on the black screen and a minute after it just closed down? What should I do to actually get my game working?! Please help?!mileysad:

Hi melissavaxo,

There are two things you can try:

1. Close the game in the processes tab of your task manager.

2. Try to launch the game directly from your Origin client.

I tried this and it still didn't work. The same thing happened.

Try re-installing it.

Or right click and select run as admin
