Sims 3 Launcher on Windows 8

Hi Everyone!

I have recently had a laptop that has Windows 8 installed. My problem is, after re-installing the game, the launcher can't be found?

No updates have been added, as of yet, but I am not sure that will help locate the launcher.

If anyone can please assist, it would be awesome! I want to build again!
