Sims 3 Installation Error?

Hello!

I've been trying to install the Sims 3 game from the DVD to my laptop, but whenever I tried to actually install it, it says there's an error for SunsetValley.objectCache.

I was trying to fix it, as I was Googling differen't varations of help, but none really solved this problem. I really want to play the game, so any help please?

What's the error ?

Any scratches on the disk ?
