Sims 3 Graphics: Late Night

I installed Sims 3 onto it and the graphics were fine but when I installed the SIms 3 Late Night, the town graphics have messed up. When ever I go onto 'edit town' or 'town view' etc. the towns are like fuzzy and white. The graphics are fine when playing with sims in their houses and stuff also which is why it is strange. Any advice would be great!

It's a Windows 8, the make is Packard Bell. No error messages come up on the screen. I'm not using any custom content. I've tried with the options, no change. I have the disc vision of the game. Thanks
