Sims 3 Expansions, and stuff not installing correctly.

I have Sims 3 on my account for my wife. She has a bunch of the expansions, worlds, and stuff you can get off the store, etc. She's able to download the expansions fairly easily.  We've had problems with two of the worlds/expansions(I don't play myself, so don't know what they're called), Dragon Valley, and Monte Vista. MV wouldn't install, then it installed, but wouldn't show up in selecting worlds. Dragon Valley showed up in the drop down five times. Now it's switched. DV isn't showing up, but MV is showing up three times. Any idea why, and how to fix these not showing up, not running?

@PrincessSofia1  Is your computer a pc or mac? What is the version of your game - lower left in the launcher? Do you have the game in Origin?
