Sims 3 Expansion Packs Disappeared [ Edited ]

I had island paradise, university life, supernatural, pets and starter pack, so i have spend alot of Money on this but it has disappeared I updated my origin and the game got uninstalled so I had to install it again, but i only had 3 packs and when I looked at the game details, it only showed the 3 packs. What do I do? (Sorry, English isn’t my first language)

@melinatihic  The first thing to try is to clear Origin's cache.  If that doesn't help, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall.  This won't affect your Sims 3 install.

If these steps don't work, possible that your packs have been blocked by EA.  This could be a mistake, but it's also possible that you have bad codes.  Some unauthorized third-party sellers provide codes that were originally stolen, and then EA can block them months or years later, even though the player had no idea that anything was wrong.

To find out if this is what happened, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask someone to look into your codes.  If you did buy from EA or another authorized seller, it's a good idea to take photos of receipts, email confirmation, or discs and the codes printed on the packets in the cases.  If necessary, you can provide the photos to the support rep during a live chat session.
