Sims 3 Error Service initialization failed 0x039e8474 (Please Help)

I just recently redownloaded the sims 3 high-end loft and the sims 3 pets. Everytime I go to play the game it starts to load. Turns black mouse changes but thats it. When I press the home screen button that is what i get. Error Service initialization failed 0x39e8474. I have ran it on my computer in the past with zero issues. Not sure whats up please help.
