Hi,
I recently purchased Sims Points and then downloaded the package 5th Avenue Fashion. Once I downloaded it to my program I clicked Install. The install went through and it said "Success!" but when I tried to play Sims the package was not there. I closed out of the game and looked again at my installed items, the 5th Avenue Fashion set was not there. I've tried re-downloading and re-installing the set again and again. I even went so far as to uninstall my Sims 3 games and reinstall them. Still nothing has worked. What can I do? I emailed EA but they have not gotten back to me...which is really irritating.
