So on Amazon I bought sims 3 Seasons game code (see image) I redeemed it on this account but can no longer re download it Can any one help me

@JavvaTheJawa Please do not post game codes in these forums as it is against the forums rules. Not only that if the code has not locked into an account someone else can take ownership of the pack (code).

Is your computer a pc or mac? By re download the pack are you trying to re install the pack? Did you un install the pack before trying to re download the pack? Why are you trying to re download the pack?
