Hey guys, help!
I have spoken to EA support prior to this message - their solution has not resolved my issue. After scrolling through numerous google pages and I am struggling to find a solution, I thought I would try posting here before attempting to contact EA Support again.
So, here's my issue:
When playing my current Sims 3 family (I am unsure if it is occurring in other games or not) and renovating their house, I can freely switch between build and buy mode, however, once I have made changes to the house, (example, extending walls) the game will crash when entering back into Live mode.
I first encountered this issue a few days ago without changing modes.

I have followed the link of how to clear my cache (since it is the only link which will load on my computer), however, I struggled to follow along fully since I was unable to delete the "Logs" folder.
