Simport problems

when I try to open simport, I hear the initiation sound, but the book does not pop up. can any one help? thanks

I'm not sure if you fixed this problem. I had to move to a new town and then it worked perfectly. I'm just having a hard time getting friends so that she may go on tour. Good Luck!
