I can't see how many SimPoints I have on the website. They just disappeared and I need to know or I can't purchase anything. I know where they were suppose to be but now it's just a blank space. I really want to buy the gold version of Aurora Skies but can't until this gets fixed.

Have you tried using a different browser, and deleting your browser cache https://help.ea.com/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache and Java cache? https://help.ea.com/article/java-help-and-information

Contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to see if something is wrong with it

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
