I have just tried 3 times to buy a simpoint bundle costing twentyfour pounds for five thousand points using a prepaid visa card.Each time it says there is a system errror and to try again.When I checked my visa account you have taken one pound off my card each time leaving me with twenty two pounds so now I can't buy the bundle!

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
