Sim 3 Account not working (PC)

I'm trying to make a sims acc. and whenever I press log in, the page resets and I have to re-check the terms and conditions box. It is super frustrating, help PLZ.

@kikicassady  Is your computer a pc or mac? What browser are you using? If you have a pc try opening IE (Internet Explorer) and in browsing history click delete or just reset the browser. The system uses IE API's to communicate.

I don't think that was it, I'm trying to register for The Sims 3 community and I'm stuck on the page. I put in my Persona, gender and marked off the box that says I have read and accepted EA privacy policy and terms of service but when I click sign up it just resets the page...

@kikicassady  If you have an Origin account, the sim3 account should be created automatically. You should be able to log in using the same login and password as Origin.
