Seasons Ice Skating Rink error

I am having trouble with the ice skating rink.  My sims will enter the rink and change into ice skates, and then the action cancels and the sims is transported out of the rink. I'm playing in Moonlight Falls. I haven't tried the action with the roller skating rink. 

I downloaded the EP from Origin, and have all the EPs except for Generations, plus High-End Loft Stuff and Outdoor Living Stuff.  My computer specs are

ASUS G74Sx laptop

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

this could be an issue with the rink it's self or the sims

ctrl+shift+c a menu will appear at the top of the screen then type in resetsim first name last name hit enter the sim will teleport home then resetsim first name last name that sim will teleport home too then ctrl+shift+c in the menu type testingcheatsenabled false (hit enter)

you could try this go to edit town find the lot use the bulldozer (make  a note of the lot name say for example verde park ) then go to the community lot in your libary find verde park and drop that onto the lot you just bulldozed
