I have seen posts from 2013 and this still isn’t fixed? I can log into thesims3 website and origin and game launcher just fine but when launching the game I get greeted with ‘invalid email/password’ I have spoken with 2 game advisors, changed my password, deleted the email files, cleared my origin cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I am STILL having this problem!

@caitsin If your computer is a pc try clearing the IE browser history. The game uses the API's in IE to communicate. You have to clear IE history not the browser you normally use. Windows 10 has IE 11 - just search for it.
