SIMS 3 Register Game Issue Following Maintenance to SIMS 3 Community Site

Ok still no joy. Have followed various instructions about browsers and clearing the IP cache, etc, still no luck. I can access the worlds in the store, it just seems the extra stuff & expansions won't work. Exchange items do work.
