SIMS 3 LOGIN ERROR AT LAUNCHER. (Content cannot be displayed in this frame)

I've just downloaded the sims 3 on my computer and at the launcher i click sign in and it says content cannot be displayed in this frame, the only thing i can do is log in on the website. HELP PLEASE!
