I bought the sims 3 seasons and supernatural on gamestop.com. I think the code is already registered in origin. I made a sims 3 account and wish to register a game. when i click on the product code and enter it into the sims 3 website it says that it's wrong or that it doesn't work. I am typing it in correctly so i don't see why it won't work. Please I need help. I'm not sure what to do.

If this is not your issue, you need to contact Customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
