I've had the Sims 3 since it first came out where I had originally registered it online.
However I recently got a new laptop, found the code and reinstalled it.
The only problem is I can't remember the email and password I had originally registered it as.
Now I cannot download anything from the exchange like I really wish to.
Is there any way to fix it? Im just so confused I don't know how to get it to work.

If you still have the serial code, Customer Support might be able to help you out.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.
