Registering Games issues.* yes I know there is an alert but I have a question*

I have bought all my games and stuff packs through Origin.  The account information is the same at both locations.  Same email and password.  I understand that Origin should be registering my games for me at Sims 3 but the last three products I bought aren't showing up there.  Is this part of the bigger issue?

Yea same here i bought 3 expansions and only two of them have added to my sims 3 account and the second one took almost 3/4 of the day to appear still waiting on the third
