This might be a stupid question but I have no idea how to redeem my point from the games I have, I have downloaded them from origin so there isn't a serial code. Help am I being thick and there's a simple way of doing this..? 
What kind of points are we talking ? SimPoints ? If so, they should be added directly to your Sims Account if you buy them through Origin.
