I got the same message. I tried it again and again until it said: "This code has already been used."

I can't even redeem it on the sims3 site as it gives me the same message "This code has already been used".

Btw I bouhgt it together with the Humble Origin Bundle.

i had the same error "this code has already been used" in Origin,

but the game was never added to my account.
