Re-install on another PC [ Edited ]

I downloaded SIMS3 onto my netbook, but I failed to notice that the graphics card does not support the game.

Please tell me how to transfer the SIMS3 onto another PC, without having to download it from Origin again (as i am in South Africa a pay for each GIG downloaded, and its already cost me R200 extra).
