@aishalove45  I've split your comment into its own thread because the previous thread was several years old (and referred to a long-gone version of Origin).  Also, the person you asked hasn't been around here for a long time.

Can you please describe your issue in detail?  I can try to help, but I need more information.  Also, if you're looking for Safe Mode downloading, that was discontinued in the current version of Origin.  The beta version is said to have it though.
