Purchase History Issue

When I go to Purchase History and press the green "download" icon, it doesn't works! The purchased icon is right there but the downloading link doesn't works, what should I do?

what browser are you using google chrome and opera have issues with downloading , try switching browsers to IE or firefox

Now with IE the link does work but "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I already enabled the Java plugin, just in case!

Nope, it's just like Google chrome.. I don't know what else to do!

there was site maintenance on the sims 3 site today so maybe the issues is fixed  also make sure you don't have an ad blocker on turn it off with you get your download and is your game up to date with the patch 1.55 oh if you have BitDefender turn it off temporarily as it is know to conflict with sims 3 and have you cleared the internet cach too ?
