Problems with Sims 3

Hi I have a few questions concerning my Sims 3 games:

1) When I go to register 3 of my games they won't register. The code is not incorrect as I typed it in multiple times to make sure, I haven't had any other sims 3 accounts and isn't already registered and I bought it new. Please explain how to register these games (they are late night, world adventures and ambitions).

2) When I go to download some items from the excahnge they tell me I have to update my game or install some more games but according to my launcher my game is completely up to date and I have all of the games and hence there is some content I can't access

3) The laucher doesn't open as soon as I double click on the icon (in this case supernatural); it tkes about 5 minutes to get it running

4) My game continually stps working (that is the message that appears) and I keep losing data. It is frustrating to play. I have unistalled and reinsatlled twice now and it didn't help.

1) For everything account/serial code related, you need to contact Customer Support.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.

 

2) You mean it says that on the website or do you get a pop-up message ? Everyone is seeing the message on the website, it does not check your game version and is only a reminder.

 

3) Do you have lots of custom content ? Might be worth doing the factory reset thing described here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/
