Please help! I have lost my password to my Sims3 account and can't get into  it! The Sims3 is a very big part of my life and I have tried the "forgot your password" button on the login screen and it doesn't work. If you could please send my password to me or a password change link. Thank you.

Should be the same as here (if your accounts are connected that is). Try the origin one.

If it doesn't work, you need to contact customer support

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
