Me too. Bought the game like two hours ago, but can't get onto the site to register the code for it. Tried using Firefox, IE and chrome with no luck.

I've been having this same issue all day long(6+ hours). Everytime I attempt to visit https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html I am met with the following message:

Oops!

We are not able to process your request.

I often get this message so I keep trying different ways and when I get on to it I bookmark every page I go on and at least one of them lets me get on next time.

Try to log in to your account on Origin.com and change your location to USA, and language to English. This is the temporary fix to the "oops unable to process" error when trying to log in on the sims3 website.

Do this even though you're not located in the US.

Wow....that actually worked! And i spent like 2 hours today on chat with tech support, and even he couldn't log in on my account lol. Thanks a lot man <3<3!
